PLEASE JOIN US IN HELPING HAWAII ISLAND VOLCANO VICTIMS

Waimea, Hawaii – Hundreds of families in the Puna District on the east side of the Big Island of Hawaii have been impacted by the Kilauea volcanic eruptions and earthquakes, including some of our own colleagues’ ohana.

To assist with relief efforts, W. M. Keck Observatory is holding a community-wide donation drive at its headquarters in Waimea (Kamuela).

Donations will be collected and delivered to Puuhonua o Puna Info and Supply Hub, or “The Hub” for short.

Please consider helping lava victims as they try to piece their lives back together. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Mahalo!
